Righteous
coffee is grown in volcanic soil with sunny mornings and cloudy
afternoons. With lava bar none, Left Coast beans are big, bold and the
bomb! Coffee trees are pruned yearly to keep them in line, with select
productive branches at a manageable size for picking. Each tree is hand
fed every few months and the mountainside is wired for sound to
maintain tree mental health. The Left Coast trees seem to like Blues,
with a taste of Country thrown in. They find the Beach Boys to be,
well, a bit passé.
